CN Tower, Toronto, Ontario
301 Front St W, Toronto, Ontario M5V 2| Map |
Standing at a little over 1,815 ft., the CN Tower is the world's second tallest tower. It is a feat of architectural design, costing $63 million to build. Today, it attracts approximately 2 million international visitors a year. When visiting, the first point of interest is usually the Look Out Level. After just a 58 second elevator ride, tourists will find themselves observing the world below from 1,136 ft. Another attraction, The Glass Floor, gives visitors the ability to look down on the world below as they walk on clear glass. It is quite the stomach-turning experience for those afraid of heights. Tourists can also enjoy the Legends of Flight show and the environmental voyage of the Himalamazon motion theater ride, which is a great way for kids to learn about environmental issues in an entertaining way. Finally, stop by the 360 Restaurant for an unforgettable dining experience on top of the world.
