GREAT HOTEL in AUSTIN!

Submitted by: MattS.

First, I would like to say that I NEVER write reviews but I had to write how great this hotel is.Location: Off I-35, GPS found it no problem, and they have some signage which makes it easier to spot. Parking lot was nice and well lit. Not very far from downtown and cheaper than most downtown hotels.Staff: Very helpful and nice.Room: Stayed in […] a Jacuzzi single. very very nice. Some of the photos online make it look like all there is is a bed and the jacuzzi but this was not the case. It had all the amenities of the other rooms with a great two person jacuzzi. Had trouble with the wireless internet but staff had ethernet cords and that solved the problem easily (speed test shows: download speeds of 18-20 M...

The breakfast was wonderful, omlets made right in front of you. Not what i was expecting. Plus they gave us a ride to downtown austin b/c they said the cabs would take too long. We didn't have to wait they just took us when we were ready and even offered to pick us up at the end of our night. The only thing i would ask to be different is ...

RELOCATION TOUR

Submitted by: New parents traveling with infant

Our stayed involved in search to relocating to Austin. We stayed two nights with a 6 month baby. I did not ask for a crib since the bed in our room was a king size bed that was awsome to sleep in, soo comfortable our baby enjoyed it with us too. The staff was extremely friendly and answer all our questions and concern from better to best neighborhood to consider. The door in our room was a bit to hard to open and close which it resulted in a noisy experience, but once we settled in it was a comfortable stay that we will repeat. Breakfast was awsome and that coffee we could have not made the day without. Our baggage we had to carry to our room which was a bit difficult with a baby. We wished they had some val...
