Cute Children's Exhibit!Flag review
Cute little museum and wonderful gardens. Love that it is quaint but big enough to have a gallery w/traveling exhibitions. The exhibt while I was there was Highway Men & Prision Murals. Very interesting. The gardens and grounds are very beautiful. Wander the paths and look at the beautiful landscaping! My favorite gallery was the children's. We went here based on the suggestion of the man at the ticket desk. It had lots of fun things to do. I made a self portrait and I got to put myself into art. There's also a wall about symbolism in art where an object is on a tile that you flip up and underneath gives what the object means. There's a big timeline of the history of art as well. I go to lots of art museums and totally learned something new!
