    Perfect for Kids

This place is perfect for the family…has pony rides, a carriage ride you can take, as well as camp fires perfect with singing with the Chip N Dales…..very nice atmosphere! A beautiful waterfall coming down in the pool. In the lobby are many Totem poles. Great for the whole family. Has water sports as well as babysitting or strictly child care for the adults to go and explore.

    Tips for Families

A must visit for the entire family. Take the carriage ride and then go sit by the campfire.

We loved everything about the Wilderness Lodge and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge was amazing! As soon as you walk in, the lobby will take your breath away. The cozy seating areas, the magnificent fireplace and the creek that runs from inside the lobby out to the pool are just a few of the things that invite you to explore everything this hotel has to offer. The pool area had a slide, a pool bar, two hot tubs and a geyser that erupts every hour. The pool area was beautiful and well supervised, and my both my son and daughter loved it! Although we reserved a standard view room, we were given a room with a view of the woods. It had a balcony with an incredible view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks each night! Our room was very comfortable and clean, and housekeeping was wonderful. All of the cast members were so friendly and incredibly helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

    Tips for Families

When you check in, ask about becoming the “Flag Family” for a day. Also, be sure to eat at the Whispering Canyon Cafe!

The quick serve restaurant is a great place to stop in the AM before you get going for the day.

    Fantastic!

Great hotel–beautiful, huge lobby, several pools to enjoy, and boats that transfer you to several of the Disney Parks!

    Tips for Families

If you get the Dining Plan, remember that the big meals can be used for lunch. Some people would rather eat a larger meal earlier in the day.
