The hotel is way overpriced for what you get. The lobby is spectacular but it stops there. The 2 room suite was rather small and both the king bed and sleeper sofa were very uncomfortable. Not to mention, the veiws were not good.If you are loooking for a continental breakfast, don't hold your breath...there is no breakfast, nor microwaves in the rooms. […] With as expensive as the hotel is, they could at least throw in a breakfast.When we decided to check out early, we had tv channels dropped and could no longer log onto the internet our last night.Also, this hotel does not offer a 1-800 number to call, only a Canadian number.Very unsatisfied with the hotel and experience and will not return.I would not reco...
Not enough value for money
During our 21 day trip to numerous Canadian cities, including Toronto, this was our most expensive hotel booking. Overall, we did not feel we received value for money.
