Great TimeFlag review
Great rooms for families with a bedroom and a separate living room. Older hotel, but kept clean. Elevators were slow, but the amenities included with this hotel (free happy hour and made to order omelets) outweigh the elevator delays. The kids enjoyed the pool and balloon guy that the hotel brought in to entertain them during happy hour.
Tips for Families
Ask for a room on the lower floors and use the stairs if you don't want to wait for the elevator

Embassy Suites Williamsburg is awful

It took at least 6 attempts to open the room each time since the "room card key" didn't work properly. I sat at the desk in the bedroom to do some work and was bitten all over my legs. When the guest services manager came up at my request, she suggested that I received the bites earlier that day while at Colonial Williamsburg - even though I felt the bites when sitting at the desk. My family and I forfeited a night's stay and left a day early since I had no confidence that changing to a different room wou...
