Cleanness of the room, the activeness of the stuff to keep your roomclean and your bar full of the beverages u wish. The champagne on thereception is excellent. The pure vodka, champagne or tequila are ok. 1. The hotel is located in the area where it is almost impossible to swim because of strong waves and coastal stream. The safeguards are whistling all the day trying not to let people in the sea.2. The food is boring. The menu is almost the same all over the week. The Italian restaurant should be booked in an hour and the quality is far from expected. In the Mexican restaurant the waiting after y r seated is too long. We were waited for almost one hour.3. The mixed beverages (Cocktails, Margaritas, Pina Co...

Our rooms were outdated and the mini fridge merely kept our drinks slightly below room temperature. One of our rooms had a missing hotel info & menu binder missing while the other room had one with missing pages. Wifi signal was also weak (but it is free) and we had difficulty calling each other from room to room. The food itself is pretty good...
