Although it’s not necessary to be an aviation buff to enjoy the Frontiers of Flight Museum, those with an interest in historic aircrafts and space vehicles will be especially enthralled with this collection. Visitors to the Frontiers of Flight Museum will see examples of aviation’s early flyers, such as a full-scale model of the 1903 Wright Flyer; rare artifacts from the Hindenburg in the Lighter than Air gallery; and models of historic military aircrafts in the World War I, World War II and Cold War galleries. At the Space Flight gallery, the Apollo 7 spacecraft and a moon rock on display are among an extensive collection of artifacts.
