TOTAL NOSTALGIA! After visiting my grandfather in Chinatown when I was a kid, my mom would take me through the Ross Alley and I would get all giddy as I smelled the fresh aroma of fresh cookies permeating in the air. Every time, I would use the lai see fong (red envelope) my grandfather gave me to buy a bag of the flat fortune cookie and leave with several fresh samples that I would devour on the car ride home with a smile from ear-to-ear.
