Never again worst place to take children

I have been coming to the Hacienda Encantada on a yearly basis. As an owner I have always had great experiences along with sending many people to them on a regular basis. This trip has been the worst experience I have ever had in an hotel/resort experience let alone being an owner. Under new management this resort will quickly loose all of the many people that return on a regular basis. Being charged for every little thing possible along with rude responses from all of my request I quickly realized this would not be the same great experience of years gone by. I started planing my vacatioon a month ago with the staff giving them the heads up to my need for the quite side of building one. I was traveing with 4 month old twins and would need two cribs set up upon arrival due to the long flight. I was put over the bar with a party of cowboys above us needless to say my twins never got any sleep and either did we. The cribs were no where to be seen as well. So began what as I stated before became the worst experience in my travel history. Being chased constantly by the OPC girls to do an owner update was taunting enough however crazy to think I would buy more of this experience. I know I am not alone as many of the guest were complaining everyday in the pool of how terrible they were treated as well. As a party of 6 I know my group will also post on here too. Too many other resorts in the area to be treated this way. My suggestion the Westin or Hilton much more aware of how to treat guest, and best value for the money.
