Family-friendly digs with a good location

This Hampton Inn offered good value and a nice location at the bottom of the main drag of Deadwood, within walking distance of restaurants and some attractions. We would stay here again if passing through Deadwood. Our standard room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel provided a rollaway bed for our family of five at no charge. There is an indoor pool that was on the small side yet plenty big enough for a game of keep-away with a splash bomb. The free breakfast was fine but nothing special.

The parking area is across the street, so pull up and have one parent unload your bags while the other parks.
