    Very nice location

This is a very nice hotel. It is in a prime location, steps away from the Riverwalk, the casino, convention center, aquarium, Bourbon St (not ok for kids 😉 ),great restruants, the French quater, and Jackson square. This is a fairly new hotel and it is run well and kept up. Parking is a bit of an issue but you have to pay to park everywhere in this area. The hotel has a modern layed back atsmosphere that is very homey feeling. The beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms are really nice and open.

    Tips for Families

This is a little pricy and the kids are not allowed to go to the casino, not even for a meal.

    overpriced

I stayed here with a family member that had free rooms due to playing at the casino. Where these rooms nice? Sure they are. However, they are not worth what you would have to pay to stay here. This place is very overpriced. You can stay on the opposited side of the casino in a doubletree hotel for extremely less money. The lobby of the hotel is really nice. The people are friendly and they do go out of their way to make you feel at home. The room is really nice too, don’t get me wrong. I just don’t see where they get the rates from. Its several hundred dollars a night and the room is not over the top. I would reccomend staying at another hotel and use your money at the casino or on something else.

    Tips for Families

this is at a casino, however there are lots for kids to do just not HERE.
