The Kansas City Museum is a small museum filled with big ideas. Housed in Corinthian Hall, the museum has an opulence associated with it. Built in 1909 in the Beaux Arts architectural style, the building is a site in and of itself. Inside, the museum offers displays that educate the public on local history and natural sciences. A 50-seat planetarium and a 1910-style soda fountain that serves up phosphates and ice cream complete the Kansas City Museum and make it a fun outing for the kids.
