My family and I have stayed here a couple times and both times have been just perfect! The first time was in 2009 and second one was last summer. The property is just well maintained and perfect for kids and adults. The rooms are kept up and always clean when we checked in. Front desk and all employees we've talked to are always helpful and friendly. The property is only about 20-30 min away from Waikiki so no problem if you want to go for a few hours and hang out in Waikiki and enjoy their beaches. Stayed here the first week of July with my wife and two children ages 11 and 8. We aren't timeshare owners so we paid for a rental room. Check in took 1/2 hour but they were very busy around 4:00 so not really their fault. The room was nice with a full kitchen and partial ocean view. The hotel is in front of one of 4 lagoons all in a row. Good snorkeling in each one. We saw lots of fish and an Octopus. The pools are great, there are 3 total. One has a volleyball net and basketball hoop that got alot of use every time we were there. The second is a quiet pool. We didn't use it, but did see a few kids there. I don't get the concept of this as it's not really quiet and smack in the middle of all the activities/...

Just got back from a week the end of June with 2 kids age 18 and 14..We opted to stay here in a 2 br unit as opposed to piling into a hotel room and could not have been happier. We had a 12th floor ocean view room facing the beach. The view was like a postcard and the room was clean and up to date. Staff at the property was friendly and very helpful. We did have to wait a bit for our room at check in but the property makes it easy to get your vacation going by allowing you key's to the locker room and resort access. This was a plus at checkout also as our flight did not leave until 9 pm. We spent the day on the beach and had a spot to get ready in before leaving. Like anywhere on the island food is pricy but...

My favorite part about staying in Ko Olina is that you are away from the touristy commercialized areas like Waikiki. We stayed in the Villas (2 bedroom 2 bath wtih kitchen & living room) we had 6 people so 2 slept on the pull out sofa in the living room. The tower we were in was bra...

Just came home June 24th, after a week long stay here. I have been to Hawaii many times but never to a timeshare resort. My parents invited my BF and me along, and we had a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit facing the Ko Olina Golf Course (and hotel parking lot), with a large living room and kitchen in the center. They traded their points for a stay here, so we couldn't get the ocean view b/c they are not Marriott owners. The view was fine, and we waived to my parents from the golf course while playing one day. It was great having the kitchen and washer and dryer, as we cooked most every night. The Safeway is about 10 minutes back toward the airport - very convenient. We knew about the high cost of the food there...

We stayed at the hotel in June 2012: 2 adults and 3 girls (19, 18 and 12). We had traded our Marriott Timberlodge 2 bedroom for this one. The room was identical to our Tahoe timeshare. We had a master bedroom with lots of closet space, separate tub and sink PLUS a bathroom with shower and sink & toilet. It adjoined with a livingroom, kitchen and dining area. The next adjoining room is a King bed and small kitchenette and sofa area with a full bathroom. Perfect for families. Free internet too. Parking was $5 per day. There is a full kitchen and laundry in the suite. With the high prices of food and drink in Hawaii it saved us money. We were only a few minutes from Target, Costco, a whole foods type of grocery...
