Amusement parks are always a crowd pleaser and Kennywood Park is no different. The park is broken up into three different ''lands''. Kiddieland proves that the park has always been family-centered, as it was the first designated children's area in amusement park history. Here mini-versions of the park's adult rides can be found to suit a child's more mild taste. For older kids and parents who crave fast-paced thrills, the park features a number of rollarcoasters, such as Jack Rabbit, Thunderbolt and Sky Rocket. Just walking about the park, families will find constant entertainment in the form of strolling musicians, live shows and costumed characters. Kennywood evokes the spirit of the family owned Kennywood Entertainment Company for which it is named through these performances and family focused fun.

Kennywood Amusement ParkFlag review
Kennywood amusement park is a good place for families of all ages. They have a kiddieland that has about seven or so rides for children, a few that even the parents can ride with them. They also have rides that children 36' or higher can ride with adults. The park has a smaller feeling to it compared to Cedar Point, but makes for a full fun day. I would recommend getting there early and staying late, there are plenty of hotels in about a 10 mile radius. The food sold there is pretty decent, but would recommend eating before to cut down on costs.
