Making history come alive for the kids, families visiting the Mill City Museum can actually step into history. During the site's heyday, it was the world's largest flour mill. Today, visitors are invited to learn about the history of the flour industry, the Mississippi River and the city of Minneapolis. These interconnected stories provide families with a rich historic base. In addition, multiple group tours are offered for groups of 10 or more. Finally, the Mill City Museum store provides an opportunity to pick up a unique souvenir for that eccentric friend or relative.
