Montmorency Falls, Quebec, Quebec
2490 Royale Ave., Quebec, Quebec G1C 1| Map |
Only fifteen minutes away from downtown Quebec, the Montmorency Falls are 272 feet of power. Although a less impressive display than the famous Niagara Falls, this site is home to the annual International Fireworks Competition, a beautiful display that can be seen for miles in the summer. In the winter the Montmorency Falls freeze and the more daring can take their turn climbing up the falls. A cable car is available for guests who are interested in the view from the bridge. Hiking trails are also easily accessible. Families can enjoy the falls from a distance or eat at the restaurant on-site.
