Stunning Gardens a short subway ride from the cityFlag review
We visited the Montreal Botanical Gardens during Mosaics International. The gardens were gorgeous and the huge topiaries were truly stunning. From charming French café scenes to Lemurs Of Madagascar to Mother Nature we exploring the magnificent gardens and themed outdoor spaces. The kids enjoyed exploring and using their cameras to capture the gardens from different angles and perspectives. They also offered numerous learning opportunities and a play area for younger children. Cafeteria style lunch on the outdoor patio at the Botanical Garden restaurant offered a nice but small selection of Canadian cuisine which we enjoyed.
Tips for Families
Plan to arrive early, or purchase tickets on line before going because the line to purchase was very long and slow.
