The National Museum of Fine Arts of Quebec (Musee National des Beaux-Arts du Quebec) is a fascinating collection of art, spanning from Ancient Rome to contemporary works. Located at one end of Battlefields National Park, the museum is divided into two buildings with permanent exhibits including the work of Canadian artist Jean-Paul Riopelle and the Brousseau Inuit Art Collection, a menagerie of animal sculptures. Several snack stops are available near the museum as well. The National Museum of Fine Arts is an excellent beginning, middle or end to a day spent at the park.

Tips for Families
The National Museum of Fine Arts of Quebec is great for all ages. There is a small art workshop for kids on the ground floor, but the computer programs are in French.
