The Nasher is truly a cornerstone of Dallas. The Nasher family has contributed so much to make this city what it is today. The Nasher Sculpture Center being one of them. I am so impressed with the collection they've acquired over the years -Calder, Picasso, Miro, and so on. But even more impressed with the touring exhibitions they are able to snag. The most recent being Martin Creed and Statuesque. Statuesque is an unbelievable survey of powerful sculptures that brilliantly makes cohesive sense with the Nasher's permanent collection. The Martin Creed exhibit showing through June 19, 2011 is INCREDIBLE.  You MUST GO SEE THIS!!!  The interactive room filled to the brim with inflated balloons is the most incredible experience my family has had at a museum in a looong time.  My almost-3 year old (I had to carry her - no one under 4 unless carried) LOVED it.  It pushes the boundaries of your sensations, makes you think and experience space, movement, sound in really new and fun ways.  Try pressing yourself against the wall, looking back into the room and see how the motion changes around you.  You don't need to force your way through the room (contrary to what your senses tell you), the balloons merely part in front of you.  SO COOL!!!  Also,...
