Other Nearby Places to Visit
Wildlife photography buffs will be amazed at the range of collections at the National Museum of Wildlife Art, which is located on a bluff in the midst of a real wildlife habitat. The National Museum of Wildlife Art preserves and exhibits wildlife art. There’s also a three-quarter-mile Sculpture Trail that winds up the sage covered hillside. The trail stretches along the bluff to the north and south, overlooking the National Elk Refuge and becoming an open air amphitheater at the Museum entrance. There, visitors will see about 30 permanent and temporary works of art.
