The Grand Canyon’s North Rim trails are very family-friendly. Even young kids will enjoy scampering along the Roosevelt Point Trail, a .2 mile roundtrip walk through woodlands with great views of the Grand Canyon. The easy, one-mile roundtrip Bright Angel Point trail rewards hikers with impressive views between two tributary canyons -- Roaring Springs Canyon to the left and the Transept on the right. The long squiggly gorge seen straight ahead is Bright Angel Canyon.

Tips for Families
