Everyone should see Old Faithful erupt at least once

Tips for Families

The rangers in the visitor center can tell you when the geyser is expected to erupt, within +/- of 20 minutes. Grab a spot on a bench and wait for it. Other great places to watch are the front porch of the Old Faithful Lodge and the second-floor mezzanine porch of the Old Faithful Inn.
