After sightseeing, take a break and enjoy the game at PNC Park. The fifth home of the Pittsburgh Pirates, the park takes the traditional game of baseball and puts it in a modern cityscape setting. Although the stadium before PNC focused more on functionality than aesthetics, PNC's limestone facade introduced a new-age architectural element into a still very functional field. In addition, the new park features a riverside concourse, steel truss work, an extensive out-of-town scoreboard and many local eateries. The eateries are perfect for visiting families as they serve not just the basic hot-dog and peanuts ballpark meal, but also hometown specialties. The food concourse is known as the ''Taste of Pittsburgh,'' providing visitors with the true tastes of the city. Grab some grub, and enjoy a little bonding time with the family at PNC Park.
