Stayed in room #206 and our room overlooked the pool and the spot where my car was parked. Like other reviewers, we enjoyed the decor and the ambiance of the place. Nothing exquisite, but different than what you'd normally find in a hotel chain which made it feel a bit more exciting. The size of the rooms were nice and were laid out well. We were comfortable […] here. Full size fridge was a nice bonus. Bring your own food and save money! We re-froze our ice from the cooler and used it for the trip home.I thoroughly checked the hotel for bugs, dirt, and other things I could complain about, but HOORAY, nothing was found! My original intent was to find an affordable place that wasn't too run down or in a dangerous area for my family going to D-land. listed a kitchen in the King size rooms for an added price but when we arrived there was one in our 2-queen room. It was awesome. gas stove, iron, iron board plates utensils, everything needed to cook dinner in. […] While the esthetics could use to be renovated the character of the hotel was so cool.
