I have been dying to go here, I think it was the kid in me and we had a coupon. So first off can you say expensive!!?! Thank god for that buy one get one free coupon. When we first go there we were offered a chance to upgrade our tickets to sit closer.....don't do! Its not worth the money at all in my opinion. When you enter you are asked to wait in a huge room until the show starts. Waiting sucks however there were waiters walking around with food and there were two bars are either side of the room. I ordered two drinks one which was a drunken pirate. I soon became one druken lady!! So 45 bucks well spent in my opinion for such a huge drink. The show started and the pirates came out and took the people to t...
It's alright if you get a good deal on it. The food is alright, nothing special. Get there about an hour and a half early for appetizers. Drinks are pretty pricey. If you decide to arrive early grab a seat cause ...
I should start by stating that this rating is for over a year ago, but it's such an awesome touristy idea for an attraction that I wanted to make sure I got my warning out - it's possible they have made changes and I'm sure the cast has been altered since. That being said, other than screaming obscene things at the cast, this is the worst possible way to spend your money as there is nothing fun about it. I get that it's supposed to be camp and not Broadway, I get that it's for kids, I'm not unfairly rating this, I really enjoy Medieval Times, but this? Ugh. The story was so convoluted and purposeless I literally felt like I had a fever trying to follow it. At some point there was a cirque du solis reject rib...
My boyfriend and I went to the VamPirate Dinner Adventure last night. I had bought discounted tickets on Goldstar, and it was the first time going to this theater for both of us. We were advised to get there 90 minutes early in time for pre-show appetizers and entertainment, and that costumes were encouraged. I wore my costume (Midnight Vamp) and my boyfriend wore his X-Men jacket. We saw some other people wearing costumes - mostly, it was children wearing costumes and a few adults here and there. We got there around 6:15, and the appetizers were a little disappointing. I only saw two types of appetizers, one was a thin slice of chicken on a small piece of bread, and the other one was a thin slice of l...
This was a great show for kids, the pirates were performing all out for the kids. The food was delicious and the service was great. My son got to go participate in the show in a pirate boat race. They had appetizers that were ok but not great. There was a pre-show show. A pirate was dressed in a different color who led you into your specific ...
