Over 300 hundred animals (representing some 75 species) can be found at the Red River Zoo, a state-of-the-art zoological attraction in southwest Fargo. Covering 33 acres, this zoo features several endangered species that live and breed in natural habitat exhibits throughout the premises. The zoo landscape has been transformed from a featureless land into beautifully designed exhibits, rolling hills, and a series of 5 ponds linked by flowing streams.
