Not what you expect from this hotel brand
Cannot recommend this hotel at all. We had to change our room, as there were ants in the first room (on the 7th floor). To be precise: We had to throw a fit to get a new room, as the staff mentioned that there were only "a few" ants and that this wasn't an issue.Once we got to the new room, we laid down on the bed that was so used that it made loud noises everytime you moved. Even the maid was agreeing that this was not ok. Again, we were put on hold by the operator and only after I personally spoke to the manager in the lobby, we were given a new matress by the head of housekeeping.Overall, the food in the hotel is overpriced and not to be recommended (a heated frozen pizza costs you 17$ a fruit cup 8$). There are a few pools to pick from, ...
Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort
Hotel accommodations were fine. Beach & pools magnificent as always. Staff friendly & helpful.Weather was spectacular every day of our 4 days. The food at the buffet was very good it was necessary to have our breakfasts & dinners there as there really is nowhere else to eat. The Amici restaurant at the hotel is priced outrageously, & the Dolphin Grill was good but very uncomfortable due to constantly being attacked by flies. It was quite distressing to see all the vacant stores in the hotel & between the Sheraton & the Crystal Palace. We have stayed on the property at least 15 prior times over the years when it was the Radisson. The area around the hotel is quite depressing because of the closing of the Nassau...
