Great place to cool off!Flag review
We visited here because we were visiting the Phoenix area during an extremely hot time of the year. We were on a budget and we wanted to do some fun, local, inexpensive things with the kids. I researched and found this place on the website sort of by accident. We put it on our list of things to do before we left the area. We had a little bit of trouble finding it at first, but we just drove across the bridge and found free parking and the park very easily. I liked the fact that there were life guards on duty to keep the park safe and fun for kids of all ages. The park was busy, but there was plenty of fun for everyone and it didnt seem over crowded. We would definately come here again when we are in the area.
Tips for Families
They do also have sunscreen at the lifeguard station just in case you forget yours. Pack a lunch and make a day of it. It also looked like a great spot for parties.
