Tips for Families

Bring your lunch in a cooler (and a blanket or lawn chairs) and leave it in the car, and go out and eat in the parking lot at lunch time. Lines can be long for food and the quality is lousy (and price high!).

Tips for Families

Don't bother with the big events. Wild Waves lets way more people in in the short period of time than the rides can handle. I would expect even if open for just six hours, to be able to go on at least half the rides.

The website charges $29.99 a ticket but after you add in taxes and a $5 processing fee, it's almost $40. We just bought them at the door since it was about the same price. We paid $10 for parking and about $9 for a locker. Don't get me wrong, I did have a good time but just want to let everyone know that all the costs definitely add up and not sure if it was entirely worth it. I think children are free under a certain age but unfortunately, we don't have any kids yet so didn't get to reap the benefits. So if you don't want to spend a lot, make sure you do your research in advance and get the discount tickets. My boyfriend and I are around 30 years old and we spent most of our time on the green and speed slid...
