Mother/son fun for my 10 year old! Amazing entertainment and wonderful memories.

Flag review

To celebrate my son's 10th birthday, we visited Times Square in New York City and took in three Broadway shows. He loves theater so it was a lot of fun. We saw Matilda, Spiderman Turn Off the Dark and Newsies. The shows were perfect. Expensive, but really great entertainment. Times Square was bustling with activity and very well guarded by NYPD officers on almost every corner. Awesome fun for us both! We visited the M&M Store, Toys R Us Times Square, and lots of other Broadway souvenir shops along the way.

Tips for Families

Strollers hard to navigate around Times Square area because it is so crowded - best for older kids

Our kids had a great time visiting the Wildlife World Zoo and Aquarium in Phoenix. There was lots of hands-on fun feeding and petting the animals and it was a good 2 hr. visit for kids of all ages.

Tips for Families

Strollers helpful for little ones, lots of walking

Fabulous visit for kids recommend ages 8+

Flag review

We had a fabulous day trip to visit the Grand Canyon. We stopped at the National Geographic Visitor's Center first and watched the IMAX movie. Highly recommended for our two tweens - it was perfect. Then we signed up for a Pink Jeep tour of the canyon. Our kids will never forget the trip. The 2 hr. intro tour was just long enough for us to take some pictures, walk around and best of all, our IMAX movie tickets were free because we booked the tour.

Tips for Families

Remember to pack warm coats as it is lots cooler in the Grand Canyon than in other areas of Arizona.
