The hotel was nice, I am a platinum priority club memeber of the Holiday Inn. I was stunned that I had the 3rd floor outside (room 303) and had to walk up the steps (spouse has Parkinsons, he fell trying to go up)(just skinned his knee - thank goodness). Staff wouldn't put us anywhere else cause we went with Orbitz. I tried to limit the times he had to go up and down the stairs. Breakfast time I asked for a tray so I could bring him his breakfast - none accomidating. I asked for a box - something so finally they gave me a little bag. My stay was for 2 nights, that afternoon got back and when it came time to shower. No wash clothes. I'm going to write to Holiday Inn as well. I don't think this stay went well ...
