Fountains not as nice as past visit

Have stayed previously … not as happy with the room this time as a few years prior. Each time has been a 2 bedroom condo. The prior room had more space, was laid out nicer and had brighter furnishings

    Tips for Families

This is on the trolley route, if you don’t have a car you can get to various places on International Drive (restaurants and shopping). And you can pay for transportation to the parks but it is per person so renting a car may be more economical if doing the parks

    Great Visit!

The Fountains was a wonderful facility for our family. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed in them and we had a great view of the property and the pond from our room. Things were a little outdated (carpet, bathrooms), but they were in the process of updating the building we stayed in so in the future it will be much better. We were also close to everything which was nice – the area was quiet and peaceful and had great play areas for children. We didn’t get to enjoy the pools because we stayed on the go most of the time but hope to be able to enjoy those the next time.

    Tips for Families

The room we stayed in had a full kitchen so I would advise to bring or buy food to prepare – we ordered “take out” one night and it was over $70! Otherwise, we had a super experience and would recommend the facility to any family.

    Great place while visiting Disneyworld

This place was amazing, you had to drive 10 minutes to the part but you get a full 2 bedroom 2 bath with kitchen and balcony for the same price as a hotel. Has an outdoor pool shaped like a gian flower with a waterslide, all kinds of outdoor games set up to play. There also a clubhouse with indoor outdoor pool (which was great because it wasn’t warm when we went in January), a full arcade, kiddie pool and play area. It was located close to Publix, McD’s, Subway and Dominos was a 5 minute walk away. The staff was very friendly and it worked out perfect so we weren’t commited to the park for everything. Also had a stroller delivered for use at the parks and it was so much better than the ones you rent at disney, cheaper too.

    Tips for Families

Super cheap during slow Disney times and they have great rates for Military. You can buy tickets to the parks at their lobby.

    24 hours at Disney

The condo was very nice. Had a balcony overlooking a lake. They have a nice pool with a slide and multiple hot tubs. There is also an indoor/outdoor pool. We had a great visit. The rooms/grounds were clean and the only issue we had was the washer leaked. We called service and they were out the next day to fix it.

    Tips for Families

    Shopping outlet is close by.
