I have stayed at several different Westin hotels but this experience was quite interesting. First, I booked a 2 queen bed room (for 4 people) and I was given a 1 king bed room at check in. It was not until we got to the room to see there was only 1 bed for 4 adults. We were given a roll away free of charge since they did not have any available 2 queen […] bed rooms available for our entire stay. Second, there was a small fridge in the room but we could not use it for personal use because it had sensors which recorded if we removed ANY of the alcohol or juices; even if put it back without opening it we WOULD be charged.
