    Laid-back luxury with kids

First off, my kids loved having butler service (not that we used it really). But it was nice to return to our hacienda-style room and find chilled water bottles waiting for us after a day in the sun. Even better was the private Jacuzzi on our patio. What comfort! In our Hideaway Casitas, we had a king bed, sitting area with fireplace and luxury bathroom. The kids had their own space to sleep and relax. We enjoyed checking out the various swimming pools, and playing ping pong. I unwound with a hot stone therapy spa treatment. The resort grounds are lush and peaceful with pretty paths. We don’t golf but for those who do, the resort is a golfer’s haven.

    Tips for Families

Check online for specials — often kids ages 12 and younger eat free with a paid adult entree.
