    Great rooms and fabulous waterpark!

We spent a few days at Massanutten Resort and have been several times before. There is so much there for kids to do. We always get a 1 bedroom condo with a full kitchen. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom along with 2 double beds, TV, closet. The living room has a pull out sofa, chair, TV. Full kitchen and dining room. They have 2 decks, one of the front and one in the back. The views of the mountains are breath taking. There is something for everyone there. Check out the entertainment guide and plan your days. We have been snow tubing, zip lining, go karts, swimming in the several pools they have, horseback riding and of course the water park. The water park makes the visit worthwhile. There are 3 slides, lazy river, pools, hot tubs, heated pool and surfer simulator indoors and much more outdoors. Take your beach towels and spend the day! We always eat in the full restaurant they have the day we go to the water park and then usually cook in the room the other nights. We don’t ski but obviously is is a ski resort with so many other activities. Check in/Check out is fast and easy. The service is always pleasant. A must go if you have kids!

    Tips for Families

We love Eagle Trace in the Valley condos but they are near the top of the mountain. Check the resort guide on their webpage and decide where you want to stay before you make reservations. Also, check water park hours before going because they are closed a couple days a week during the winter months.
