Towering over the waters, the 19-story Westin Cape Coral Resort offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. It is situated in a serene location, yet is packed with fun. Dolphin and Sunset Tours let families explore the beautiful Southwest Florida evening colors as well as the native wildlife. A kids club provides entertainment for the young ones, and gives parents an opportunity to sneak away for some alone time. The convenience of a water taxi, as well as weekly resort activities add to the family-friendly feel here at the Westin. Perfect for larger families, the Westin offers 2 and 3 bedroom suites, as well as standard rooms. Inside these comfortable rooms, families will find flat screen televisions, Internet access, Starbucks coffee and infant beds (if needed). With so many on-site amenities available to them, families may never have to leave the Westin Cape Coral Resort.

    Our fabulous family vacay!

This resort was simply wonderful! Upon our arrival I had been to the website and looked at pictures. Those pictures don’t do this place justice, when you arrive it will really take your breath away. They have great service from the moment you arrive. We were greeting by a young man happy to help us with taking our things to our room. The check-in was easy and fast, and everyone is so friendly! We stayed in a two bedroom suite which has everyone you need for you and your family. There’s a full kitchen, two baths, living room with flat screen tv as well as in the rooms. The patio is pretty sweet as well, if you get lucky enough to be on a high floor you get a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico. They have two nice pools, a workout room open 24hrs, and a kids club for you little ones up to age 12. I used it my kids really enjoyed themselves making fun crafts and playing games. They are very friendly in there as well. They have restaurants on site so you really don’t have to leave to eat unless you want to. I also took my family on a dolphin sunset tour which was nice. All and all this was a wonderful place for families and we definitely plan on visiting again!

    Tips for Families

Bring food of your own if your suite has a full kitchen it will save you money by not having to eat out every night you’re there.
