Could not have been any better
This was our first time visiting an indoor water park hotel. We were very impressed with our visit. The kids had a blast at the water park, that was a given. My husband and I were impressed with all the other amenities this hotel offered though. The room was very spacious for the 4 of us, the food was fantastic ( we were there over the Thanksgiving holiday) and the indoor water-park was very clean. The staff was polite and everywhere if we had any questions. The Lions were playing in the Thanksgiving day game, my husband and I were able to watch the game in the windowed bar area in the park while still being able to watch the kids play in the lazy river. It was perfect although the Lions ended up losing..again LOL. We will definately do this again and the holiday weekend was a perfect time to go.
Tips for Families
Make sure to visit the indoor/outdoor pool outside of the Avalanche Bay part..you could swim outdoors even in the freezing weather. At night it was a beautiful sight and the kids thought it was really cool hehe.
