The proximity to the beach and various popular Cape May activitieswas great. The staff was lacking in customer service. From the front desk personwho didn't take his eyes off something on the desk in front of himinstead of looking at customers and being friendly. I didn't realize hewas there to check people in since he never indicated such, seemed toobusy with something on the desk. The valets who twice during my stayasked(I.E. It was very clean and the staff very friendly. We would definately stay again. Hopefully the prices will drop a bit in the upcomong...
