Great Hotel - Bad service
Just to be clear. An absolute great hotel. But the staff (front desk) was unfriendly from the start till the end. First of all they did not hand us all the documentation (map of the hotel) and when I called the front desk, they told me that I did receive it or otherwise I can come down and get. I thought this to be a bad service. Later, I wanted to […] ask about the late check out options and they were not able tell me and just told me that I should ask two hours before the check out and hang up. Again bad service. As a last and minor point. The TV program is rather poor. There are probabely 10 free TV Channels. I have seen much better things at Motel 6 type of hotels. Again, I was happy with the hotel, but ...
