The Benjamin Hotel - poor housekeeping
We stayed 4 nights at the Benjamin and had the following problems:* When we arrived there was not a cot set up for our baby despite an advance request being made (the hotel claimed they had no record of the request - I do not know whether fault lies with the hotel or hotels.com for failing to pass on the request).* There was no hotel directory book […] in our room. When asked staff directed us to the on screen system. This did not work. We reported this but nothing was done.* The video on demand system did not function. Enquiries were made of 2 different staff who both stated that this was "not available in the hotel". Mysteriously this system became available on the third day of our stay. It was as if staff...
