    Great hotel and awesome location

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We got adjoining rooms on the 30th floor with a great view of the South End. The location was phenomenal… right near a T stop and we were connected to the Copley Mall and Prudential mall, so we used those as shortcuts to avoid walking in the cold outside at night. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the bar restaurant for snacks, drinks, and lunch!

    Tips for Families

Bring a bathing suit for the pool. Max Brenner’s restaurant is down the street… great place for kids. And breakfast at the Pour House on Boylston was fun! Duck tour stop right down the street too!

This is my family’s favorite hotel! Here are its accomplishments: beautiful rooms and views, connected to malls, food courts, etc. through indoor walkways which are thus impervious to weather, AMAZING ATTENTIVENESS TO GUEST SATISFACTION, management which trutly becomes invested in treating your family like royalty, walking distance to Fenway Park and most Boston attractions! This hotel has been responsible for making Boston my family’s favorite short road trip destination!

    Tips for Families

Use indoor walkways to get to Au Bon Pain for great breakfast pastries, bagels, coffee, etc; Starbucks right past hotel lobby, ask for room facing Cambridge, right across street from Back Bay train station!
