Great Location for a St Louis Vacation

My eldest entered the hotel and said “it looks like a palace!” It was very ornate in the lobby – a big change, I’m sure, from the hat factory the building once housed. Customer service was incredible. Everyone, no matter what they were doing, would stop and answer my eldest when she said good morning to them. And everyone smiled. Free breakfast and free wifi. Also a free evening beverage reception, free parking (almost unheard of in cities!), and free popcorn & sodas in the lobby all day. The girls were intrigued by the near-to-lifesize statue in the lobby of the Louis & Clark Expedition. With plaques around it, you can really get a good history lesson. Our room was spacious, with a large bathroom, 2 queen beds, an entertainment armoire, large desk, and small table. It was a comfortable place to return to.

    Tips for Families

Location, location, location. Across the street from the gateway Arch and within walking distance from Citygarden and Busch Stadium.
