    Tips for Families

Take a cooler for of food. The fridge is small and so is the kitchenette. The restaurants inthe resort our expensive. We are breakfast and lunch in the room and ate dinner off the resort.

    Perfect Hotel

When my son was 10 I took him to universal studios on a long weekend trip. I decided to stay at the Nick Hotel. This was the best decision I made. We had so much space in our hotel room. He wanted a Sponge Bob room so everything was exploding with Sponge Bob. With the in room video games he would have been happy never to leave the room. But the pool was so amazing. They slimed us at the water park. I enjoyed the purple adult beverages. The food was forgettable but we had too much fun to worry about eating. Most of the time we just grabbed something on our way to another character experience at the hotel.

    Tips for Families

Reserve the character room you want ahead of time. The people in front of me were disappointed with their fairy odd parents room.

Nightmare of a hotel to stay at

When we arrived at 6:00pm our room was not ready and my husband came at 8:00am the same day to make sure that they held our room for us when we returned back that evening from Epcot. When they finally gave us a room it wasn’t the room we had paid for. They had given our room away to someone else and said there were no superior suites left for the day that we checked in. It was a lower standard room, not a superior suite. The room smelled of mold and mildew and had mold in the rugs. The mattresses were sunken in and the room was not clean at all but we had no other choice but to spend the night in this room because there were no other rooms available that evening so they said. After over an hour on the phone with four different hotel employees including a manager, they offered my husband nothing to compensate him for being inconvenienced for not having our room available when we checked in. The customer service just tells you what they think you want to hear to get rid of you but they are just lying to try to appease you. We never got the actual room that we paid for until after 6:00pm the day after our actual arrival date. We stayed here in 2011 and enjoyed our stay and that is why we returned in 2014. This hotel has drastically deteriorated since 2011 from the rooms, the customer service, amenities such as ice machines and elevators not working. It is very loud and it doesn’t have a good family feeling anymore. There were four police cars when we arrived to the hotel and someone was taken into custody for who knows what. This is not the type of hotel for decent families who have young impressionable children. This is suppose to be the most magical place on Earth not the most………..you fill in the blank. Please take my advice do not stay here, you will be wasting your precious family time and hard earned dollars. Even if they offered me a a free room I wouldn’t stay here.

    Tips for Families

Do yourself a favor and save yourself money and aggravation, do not stay here.

Surprise for 9 year old B-day

Fun at the pool – lifeguards are super diligent. Can stay on-site without leaving, at least for a couple days. Roomy and quiet rooms.

    Tips for Families

Slides have cold water but the kids still had fun.
