say no to vacation club people
this hotel is in a nice location...close to alot so you can walk easily..very clean..front desk helpful and nice..speak fairly good english..one big negative is the people who try to sell you the vacation...
beware of vacation club sellers at front
this hotel was nice except one huge negative is the very pushy people at the entrance who try to sell you a vacation club membership that is very expensive and takes up alot of your time just say no from the beginning they are unethical and very pushy otherwise the hotel was pretty good, very clean and the staff very nice and helpful, the breakfast was good the location is nice right downtown so can walk to most places. i had my 15 yr old son with me we went snorkeling, horse back riding, visited chichen itza. not a true conciere on duty but the front desk was helpful. not sure i would stay again but if i did beware of the people trying to sell you the vacation club they were very annoying. the pool is very ...
