Nothing They apparently have a no-noise-policy- which is a hoax- they violatedthe policy. We had to listen to drunk people throwing up and otherbodily noises, and when complained and requested to transfer a room,were greeted by the most dense manager I have ever encountered (DaveKay) who refused, and credited us a meager $30. a nightmare of a nightand totally restless. Next night were transferred to a room and werecharged for the "upgrade" unknowingly. Tried to complain through"customer relations" and were charged $5, also unknowingly, for the"service"- which was bogus. More waste of time-disastrous service. Iguess thats how they make their money- cheat people and then make themspeak to a bunch of people who...
