Great family hotel
We loved the King suite with bunk beds. The room is almost the size of two hotel rooms and there is a fort in the corner with 2 bunk beds plus a TV and an x-boy. Each bed has it’s own night light too. The king size bed in the main room was very comfortable. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had: eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, bacon, cereal, yogurt, bagels. And the breakfast staff was friendly and organized. The pool was too cold for the kids to stay in very long. It is an indoor pool which was nice, but the temperature of the water needed to be a little warmer. The sauna and hot tub were great.
Tips for Families
Get the family suite with bunk beds. x- box games can be rented at the front desk. This is a pet-free hotel. The visitor’s center for Mesa Verde is 9 miles away but it is another 20 miles past that to get to the ruins.
