Tips for Families

Unlike most resorts like this, there was no breakfast buffet. Breakfast is served in a small room, not the hotel restaurant. There is also a little market with pastries, cereal, etc.

Tips for Families

Definitely book ahead for child care at the Small World Play School for 0-3 year olds and the ski school for the older kids. The Resort has rental packages (helmets required for kids in Colorado) that are fairly reasonable. Even if you aren't local, sign up for a free Peaks Card and earn points with your purchases of everything from lift tickets to lessons, to meals in the village. It's amazing how fast they accrue and the rewards are great! Be sure to check out the week's events at www.beavercreek.com and take advantage of all the free family events! Best on mountain lunch deal: KIDS MEALS! Large enough for adults at a fraction of the cost.
