Big guest rooms with excellent facilities. Part kitchen including cooker rings, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher with two comfortable queen beds and plenty of space to run around. FREE buffet breakfast is a great way to start the day has a good selection of breakfast foods to choose from. Sun loungers are always available around the pool which gets the sun early in the morning for the sun worshipers. On site dining is not brilliant but the hotel is well placed for the plethora of restaurants nearby. The Hotels is tucked back on Westwood Blvd at the quiet end of International Drive and is minutes from Sea World and all the other attractions. We have stayed 14 nights in this hotel on our first visit to Florida. There are 5 of us in a 1 bed suite but the rooms are spacious so there was plenty room. The kitchen facilities were really handy and we have been able to make our own lunches to take to water parks. The hotel is 5 mins away from a large Walmart so easy to stock up. We have found the staff to be, without exception friendly and courteous. Every time you walk by someone you are always acknowledged with a friendly hello. We too had no bedding for the pull out bed and not enough cutlery, plates for 5 in the room - but a quick call to housekeeping sorted it out. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. WE had to wait quite a long time to check in, despite me calling beforehand because our room wasn't ready. The pool was nice and not too croweded, the hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it ruined my brand new suit, and my husband's as well. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but it was better than having to pay for it. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfy. I was pleased with the cleanliness and the large kitchen was a plus - especially since we were traveling with 4 kids. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed for 1 week at the beginning of May in a Studio, I was a bit concenred it might be small for a family of 4, since we had booked a 1 bedroom on our last visit, but it had plenty of space. We were put on the main floor, which I actually really liked, we heard almost no one in the halls at night and we didn't have to go up and down the elevator which was nice.
