Much to do.

Everyone loved this place. They have something for everyone. Including parents in a youthful mood. There is plenty of playing, miniature golf, batting cages, rides. That is just on the outside. On the inside there re lots of games of skill, laser tag, and a few more children's rides. You purchase token card for $1.00 and the you purchase token that are added to the card. Some activities require tickets not tokens. All my kids loved it and we went during the summer so we had all the options on the outside. You can buy combo tickets to save a little cash if you want. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. I didn't give this a five because honestly as fun as it was. The budgeted money I had for the trip did not last long. I feel as though some of the games could cost less tokens.

Tips for Families

Expensive afternoon. Plan on needing extra money.

Play! Play! Play!

Flag review

Crawlers to ten years old will have plenty to do in here. They have a baby to 4 year old room, enormous tree house with slide, make believe areas complete with dress-up, water pond indoors for hand play, arts and crafts, backyard with playhouse and big sand pit. In the Summer they have sprinklers. They have a merry go found for an extra small fee. There is a place to get food and drinks I am guessing but I do not think my 12 year old would have enjoyed it as much. I went with my six year old. It is definitely meant for young children. There is ample parking in a great neighborhood Have a great time.

Tips for Families

If yu have a child who is enthusiastic in water you may want to bring extra top or even an extra bottom.

Wax is not just for Candles!

Flag review

I had been wanting to visit for years now and we finally took the leap in August! I absolutely loved it. But lets talk about the kids. My 13 year old was amazed by the figures. He enjoyed it the most. My guess is because he was also aware of most of them. My middle child was not as thrilled but but enjoyed it. They do have amazing characters that look so real. They are artist. My six year old liked it for some of the Star Wars characters and others more recognized by little children. What did I love? Aside from the art museum feel I was able to take photos of each one of my boys sitting in the "Oval Office". The absolute best was for a very small fee you can get a waxed dipped sculpture of your child's growing hand. We were also able to purchase Plaster of Paris in the exact quantity needed to fill the hand and now my kids hands are preserved for life. I display them in my cabinet. You will have a great time. The noise was also quite doable for my middle son with Autism. It is not a extremely loud venue if you are up for a calmer day out.

Tips for Families

Parking wasn't easy but in a few minutes we were able to locate a safe parking place.

Great Winter Water Break

Flag review

We arrived to find a unique lobby and plenty of activities planned for children of all ages even us grown ups. There are attractions such as Mini Bowling and Laser Light games. The personnel were friendly with the kids and the hotel was clean. Food is available and worth the few extra dollars to not have to leave.

Tips for Families

We travel with our son who has sever autism. In our next visit I would wait until supper time to take him to the water park when the crowd thins out.

Sesame Place is the Greatest Neighborhood in the World

Flag review

It was an extremely hot day and I was nervous about making it all day with a 3 year old whom missed his nap and was hot to boot. But it was fantastic. You have no worries hear except bring your sunscreen and don't forget the camera. I feel the best time to bring the kids here is between 2 to 6. He totally thought the characters were real and still brings it up years later. A little expensive but I think it was worth it. I will never forget his face when he saw Elmo. My older boys, (I have parental guilt) they had a good time but it was not magical for them just fun. A lot of it is geared towards the preschooler.

Tips for Families

Prepare with the sunscreen, lip balm. FOR SUMMER MONTHS.

I felt like a kid again!

Flag review

I love it. My youngest one had a better time because coloring is still new o him. He was 3 at the time of our trip. However my older ones who were 8 and 9 enjoyed it. They especially liked the How to make a crayon Demo. You get to see how Crayola makes there crayons. We made crafts and had a fantastic time. Also my second son has severe autism and does not like being touched and he staff was excellent. They actually realized what was going on with him at he start of our day and offered to sneak his badge on the back of his shirt. We all felt very welcomed. BRAVO!!!

Tips for Families

Bring a few dollars for the shop!
